The energy usage for LEDs is surprising, but I never really thought much about it.
These bulbs appear to act the same way my Hue™®© bulbs do, so I bet they’re the same hardware minus the wifi and with the zigbee thing (which is nicer than wifi in my opinion). My Hues appear to obey the RGB settings also (and iirc you can even get an app/home assistant to drive RGBW directly.
