Solar Troubleshooting: Hunting SMA String Arc Faults

Interesting, knowing you went through this process yourself, I d trust you more than any random website one may find while googling things.

According to the NEC (National Electric Code) in the USA all PV Systems above 50V must have one current-carrying conductor connected to the ground/earth.

Anyways, I didn’t mean to imply your issues were related to ground faults. Just coincidentally I’m working with these same inverters and was seeing faults 3501, 3701, as well as a host of others, depending on the configuration tested, thought I’d pick your brain about your setup to compare notes.
(and before I make you nervous, this isn’t for a residential install, nor a permanent installation, nor connected to the actual grid, and there aren’t even any PV panels involved… reasons for even using this equipment in this scenario are boring and bureacratic but so it goes)
