So SparkFun remixed the RP2040 board, added a mSD, 16MB flash memory, single cell JST lithium battery port with charging capabilities, JTAG, and a single WS2812 RGB LED. Quite a lot of useful extra hardware packed onto that board.
Neat. The RP2040’s are available as bare chips now (at least to larger manufacturers)? Sounds like a great chip I’m excited to see more variations like this come around.
Daaaaang. That’s a nice upgrade for just about everything one could want! Toss a solar charge IC and solar panel in the works, you’ve got a standalone “Yes, it will!” sort of device.
